Dear Driver: Lessons in Turning II
Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at 7:05AM
Dear Non-Descript Beige Sedan,
Perhaps you didn't get the message I sent to the second guy HERE, but the same principle applies to you. If someone is turning left IN FRONT OF YOU and you see another someone across the street who NEEDS TO TURN and you see WHAT A PAIN IN THE ASS said turn can be, it would be just devastatingly brilliant of you to realize that you have plenty of time to turn right. AND THEN DO IT.
For further clarification, see illustration below.
And, for the record, your offense if definitely more annoying than THIS.
Sincerely,
Expert on the World
P.S. - Beige??

Love the drawing.
LOL! I'm so ROFL. Sorry it's at your expense. :) There's an intersection like this in my town and I deal with this every stinkin' day. I've come to realize people do not pay attention at all while driving.
Thanks for stopping by my blog!
I love this .. this is great. I wonder where people really receive there drivers training, it seems as tho they did not receive the same drivers instruction as I did and I wish they have, it would save me alot of time worrying about those on the road and save me a whole lot of time trying to drive from point A to point B.
Thank you for sharing!
It's unreal, isn't it?
People have no clue. I want to smack many of them on a daily basis!
Yes, I like to consider myself an ar-tiste.
I found you through Theta Moms, and I LOVE your blog. I've been browsing it the past hour. I'm always looking for new blogs to read, so I'll definitely be visiting yours. Anyways, I have this problem with drivers every day on my way to work. People just don't get it. On another note, I just read your post about breastfeeding. You should do what makes you the happiest! My oldest breastfed for 13 months, so I thought my 2nd would just be easy. Wrong! He cried day and night and we struggled for six weeks...until I started doing formula. Then he stopped crying and we were all much happier. Don't ever let anyone make you feel bad for not breastfeeding! Just keep loving that cutie and you'll be fine. Whoops...sorry for the novel comment.
Hi Amy! Let me be the first to welcome you! (Not that I know who the second would be.) Thirteen months! Wow! It's so funny how each child can be so different. I mean, I only have one so far, but I know from friends and from reading! Thank you for your kind words about my choice. It's like it was for you the second time - we were all much happier once we introduced formula!
Sweetie, how long have you lived in Nashville now? Don't you know the supreme idiocy of local drivers yet? You must just accept the idiocy or you will drive yourself fucking nuts.
That is all.
No, I know. They're everywhere, really. LA was pretty bad namely because your odds increased.
